NTS Group is the leading Executive Search, Outplacement & Career Transition consultancy in the EMEA & APAC markets, with more than 25 years of regional experience and a focus on building long term partnerships with their clients. After many years of successful business, the NTS Group wanted to bring their brand into a sharper, modern focus to better reflect the caliber of the candidates and clients they represent.
Building on the bones of an initial direction by a key NTS Group stakeholder, a new visual language was developed utilising exceptional photography as the main point of focus that put both the candidate and the EMEA & APAC regions the the NTS Group operates within at the heart of all communications.

The Middle East provides a rich variety of visually stunning architecture that perfectly tells the story of the ultra modren hub of business that the region has become.

With people the primary focus of the NTS Group it was important to select imagery that represented their key audiences with the subjects reflecting candidates of the modern business world of today.

The photography for the NTS Group was selected not only for the suitability of the subject matter but also the colour ranges within. With a palette of subtle hues reminiscent of both the sand, stone, sky and waters of the region, the colours create a modern palette perfectly suited to reflect a market leading business operating in the Middle East.
With the photography finalised, the visual language was then applied across all NTS Group literature. The clean layouts of bold photography and minimal copy, a conscious choice for an audience for whom English isn't their first language, combine to create pages that breath, allowing the eye to easily drink in all the information without the pages feeling heavy or overloaded.
With a mobile first approach, a similar direction was taken with the site design, using bold imagery and plenty of white space to allow the pages to breath across all devices. In a nod to the landscape formatted literature, the site shares a similar means of navigation with the content held in a centralised area that the user can flick across to continue reading each section's key points.
