Oxford University Press required a series of informative videos designed to help students improve their English vocabulary. The videos needed to work as part of a face-to-face lesson plan but also have the versatility to be used by students remotely during the global Covid pandemic.
With 6 distinct environmental topicsto address, each with its own set of associated keywords, the creative was shaped to deliver a unique presentation for each of the scenarios. Illustrated landscapes were created over which the camera would pan, travelling across a number of contextually relevant scenes.
Each scene was subtly animated whilst the topic keywords presented themselves over the illustrated elements to provide the context to the word. Accompanied by appropriate music that reflected the mood within each landscape, the 6 videos formed a suite of unique and engaging presentations.
